Frequently asked questions

Plain answers to what clients ask before a project. Anything else, just ask.

How does a project start?

With a conversation about what you want to achieve and what exists today. Then we send a quote split into phases and milestones, each with what it delivers and what it costs. The first milestone starts once you agree.

What does it cost, and how is it priced?

Every project is different, so we price it by milestones: you know the price of each one before it starts and you pay for what has been delivered. A milestone can be changed or added as the project learns.

How fast do we see the first result?

As early as possible. The first milestone is cut to deliver something you can see and try soon, not after months of invisible work.

Who owns the code?

You do, once the milestone that delivers it is paid, unless we agree otherwise in writing. You receive the source code and what you need to run it.

What happens after delivery?

We can operate, monitor and further develop the solution, or hand it over to your team with its documentation. Both are fine with us.

Will you sign an NDA, and how do you treat our data?

Yes, we sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share anything confidential. We process your data only for your project, under a data processing agreement where personal data is involved.

Can you take over an existing or legacy system?

Yes. We start by reading the code and the way it runs, tell you honestly what state it is in, and then maintain it, improve it or plan a safe move away from it.
